Boxing Bootcamp Class

Come try our 30 minute Boxing Bootcamp Hiit Style Class.  Nice mix of rounds of boxing punch combinations as well as Bootcamp Hiit style exercises.  We include Kettlebell Swings, slam balls, wall balls, box jumps, box steps, numerous ab workouts, Prowler Sleds, Battle Ropes, Plank Challenges, Run Challenges, wall sits, and whatever else comes to mind that day :)  Prepare to sweat and workout the days frustrations in 30 minutes!
